Kevin Durants Former Home Listed at Intriguing Price

In a unique marketing strategy aimed at drawing attention to a property listing, Thunder Team Realty has placed an eye-catching price of $35 on a townhome formerly owned by NBA star Kevin Durant. This price notably corresponds to Durant's jersey number during his time with the Oklahoma City Thunder. However, the actual market value of the home is around $1 million, with legitimate offers being considered.
The townhome, which Durant designed himself, has a rich history connected to the former Thunder player. After Durant left Oklahoma City, the new homeowners, who purchased the residence from him, have now placed it on the market. According to Austin Breasette of 8NewsNow.com, Leasha Larkpor, the managing broker at Thunder Team Realty, shared that the property still retains elements personally selected by Durant's designers. They expressed surprise at recognizing colors they had chosen for the home once they learned of its listing.
Durant's journey in the NBA began when he was drafted by the Seattle SuperSonics in 2007. He played his rookie season with the franchise before the team relocated to Oklahoma City in 2008. Durant remained with the Thunder through the 2015-16 season, during which he earned the 2014 NBA MVP award, made seven All-Star appearances, and led the team to an NBA Finals appearance in 2012.
