Former Oklahoma City Thunder Star Kevin Durants Townhome Listed at $35

In a unique marketing move, Thunder Team Realty has listed a townhome formerly owned by NBA star Kevin Durant for the eye-catching price of $35. This figure is a nod to Durant's jersey number while playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder, although serious offers reflective of its actual market value have already been submitted.
Kevin Durant, who played for the Thunder from 2007 to 2016, originally designed the townhome. After leaving Oklahoma City, he sold the property to new owners, who are now seeking to find a buyer. According to Leasha Larkpor, managing broker for Thunder Team Realty, Durant's original designers recently visited the property and expressed nostalgia over their design choices from when Durant occupied the home.
Thorughout his tenure with the Thunder, Durant achieved significant milestones, including winning the NBA MVP award in 2014, making seven All-Star appearances, and leading the team to the NBA Finals in 2012. His impact on the franchise and the city remains profound following his eventual departure.
