Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, have welcomed their second child, a daughter named Aurora Rayne Prescott, born on May 22. Prescott shared the joyful news via his Instagram account.

This new addition comes just a few months after the birth of their first child, Margaret Jane Ramos, who was born in February 2024. Prescott, reflecting on the life-changing experience of fatherhood, stated, 'I feel different. When you wake up in the morning and you see that baby, you understand responsibilities. And everything that I've always wanted for myself, but now you want it for someone else even more. Yeah, it's special. The baby is doing great.'

The couple revealed Ramos's pregnancy with their second child during an interview with Cara O'Bleness of Moneyline. Ramos disclosed that she learned of her pregnancy before the Cowboys' inaugural home game of the 2024 season against the New Orleans Saints, surprising Prescott with the news just before kickoff. Prescott and Ramos, who first became publicly known as a couple in September 2023, got engaged in October 2024 when Prescott proposed with a ring hidden inside a fake golf ball, a tribute to Ramos's passion for golf. As Prescott embraces his new role as a father, he is also preparing for the upcoming 2025 NFL season, participating in organized team activities following a hamstring injury that limited his play to eight games in 2024.
