Yes, DraftKings has become the exclusive sportsbook partner of the Oregon Lottery, taking over operations from Scoreboard on January 18, 2022, and becoming the state's sole online betting platform. Meanwhile, retail sports betting is available at two tribal casinos, with BetMGM operating at Spirit Mountain Casino and a Sports Wagering Lounge at Chinook Winds Casino Resort. Oregon reactivated its legal sports betting services on August 27, 2019, starting with Chinook Winds Casino Resort. Due to pre-existing tribal-state agreements, Oregon was among the few states exempt from needing amendments following the repeal of PASPA. Governor Kate Brown has expressed her commitment to supporting efforts to reform sports betting in Oregon.
