Will Levis to Undergo Shoulder Surgery, Titans Look to Cam Ward

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis is scheduled to undergo shoulder surgery on Tuesday, following an injury that has raised concerns regarding its severity. On the eve of his procedure, Levis provided a glimpse into the condition of his shoulder by sharing an image on his Instagram story, which has drawn considerable attention.
The Titans confirmed last week that Levis made the decision to pursue season-ending surgery after consultations with medical professionals. The organization acknowledged Levis's efforts during the offseason, highlighting his development and growth as a leader on the team. However, this procedure marks a significant setback in what has already been a challenging beginning to his NFL career, following a rookie season where he completed 2,091 passing yards, registered 13 touchdowns, and threw 12 interceptions across 12 games.
With Levis sidelined for the remainder of the year, the Titans are expected to turn to Cam Ward, their No. 1 draft pick, to take on the quarterback role. Last season, Ward made headlines as he was named a Heisman Finalist, throwing for an impressive 4,313 yards and 39 touchdowns while playing for Miami. Though Levis will be unable to contribute directly on the field, he is anticipated to play a supportive role in helping Ward navigate the challenges of his rookie season.
