On the eve of his procedure, Levis provided a glimpse into the condition of his shoulder by sharing an image on his Instagram story, which has drawn considerable attention.

The Titans confirmed last week that Levis made the decision to pursue season-ending surgery after consultations with medical professionals. The organization acknowledged Levis's efforts during the offseason, highlighting his development and growth as a leader on the team. However, this procedure marks a significant setback in what has already been a challenging beginning to his NFL career, following a rookie season where he completed 2,091 passing yards, registered 13 touchdowns, and threw 12 interceptions across 12 games.
