Will Levis to Undergo Season-Ending Shoulder Surgery

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis is scheduled to undergo shoulder surgery on Tuesday, revealing the severity of his injury shortly before the procedure. In an Instagram story, he shared an image showcasing the condition of his shoulder, shedding light on the challenges he has faced this season.
Last week, the Titans announced that Levis had consulted with medical professionals and made the decision to undergo surgery that will end his season. The franchise praised Levis for his development during the offseason, acknowledging his growth as a leader on the team. Despite demonstrating potential during his rookie campaign, Levis encountered difficulties in 2022, amassing 2,091 passing yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions over 12 games.
With Levis sidelined for the remainder of the year, the Titans will turn to their No. 1 draft pick, Cam Ward, to assume the starting quarterback role. Ward, who gained recognition as a Heisman Finalist last year, had a standout season at Miami, where he threw for 4,313 yards and recorded 39 touchdowns. Although Levis will be unable to take the field, he will provide support to Ward as the rookie navigates his first NFL season.
