Will Levis Set to Undergo Shoulder Surgery as Titans Look to Cam Ward

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis is scheduled to undergo shoulder surgery on Tuesday, following the revelation of the severity of his injury through a recent post on his Instagram story. The Titans had announced last week that Levis had made the decision to proceed with season-ending surgery after consultations with medical professionals.
In their statement, the Titans commended Levis for demonstrating significant development during the offseason, noting his 'clear growth as a leader.' This development comes amidst what has been a challenging start to Levis's NFL career. While he exhibited potential as a rookie, his performance last season was marked by difficulty, as he accumulated 2,091 passing yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions over the course of 12 games.
With Levis sidelined for the remainder of the year, the Titans are likely to turn to their No. 1 pick, Cam Ward, to take the helm of the offense. Ward, who was a Heisman Finalist in the previous season, displayed an impressive performance at Miami, throwing for 4,313 yards and 39 touchdowns. Although Levis will not be able to contribute on the field for the Titans, he aims to assist Ward as he navigates his inaugural season in the NFL.
