Injury Strikes Again for Commanders' Jayden Daniels

In a tough Sunday outing against the Seattle Seahawks, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels exited the game with a serious elbow injury. The game ended in a lopsided score of 38-14, but the alarming sight of Daniels being helped off the field overshadowed the team's performance.

Danny's injury occurred midway through the fourth quarter after a tackle during a run. Teammates quickly surrounded him as medical staff placed the young quarterback into an air cast before he was carted off the field, raising concerns about the severity of the injury.

Performance Before Injury

Prior to his exit, Daniels was 16-of-22 for 153 passing yards, with no touchdowns and one interception. He also contributed to the ground game, rushing for 51 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries. This game marked Daniels' return after being sidelined for three of the previous eight matches due to hamstring and knee injuries, which had already placed the Commanders in a precarious 3-5 position in the playoff race.
