This promotion is anticipated to appeal to fans of the popular anime series, with the event already sold out. Attendees who secured tickets will receive the co-branded jersey upon entering Globe Life Field.

In addition to Jujutsu Kaisen Night, the Rangers have planned an array of Theme Nights throughout the remainder of the season. Highlights include events such as AEW Wrestling Night, Hello Kitty Night, Barbie Night, and Superman Day, among others. This initiative aligns with Major League Baseball's growing involvement in the anime community, as demonstrated by a previous collaboration with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and Ufotable, which featured a video including prominent players like Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Shota Imanaga of the Chicago Cubs.

Currently, the Rangers hold a third-place position in the American League West with a record of 27-30.
