Boston Bruins Unveil Stunning New Road Jerseys Ahead of 2025-26 Season

Boston Bruins Reveal New Road Uniforms
The Boston Bruins have given fans an exciting first look at their new road uniforms in a video posted on social media this Wednesday. The redesigned uniforms pay homage to the club's storied history, featuring a revamped "Spoked B" logo inspired by the team's vintage sweaters, a change that was initially announced back in June.
As the Bruins prepare for the 2025-26 NHL season, the team is set to have David Pastrnak and Charlie McAvoy serving as alternate captains following the trade of former captain Brad Marchand to the Florida Panthers last season. Both players were prominently featured in the Bruins' earlier video showcasing the team’s home uniforms.
The new road jerseys spotlight Pavel Zacha and Mason Lohrei, showcasing a bear patch on the left shoulder that proudly displays the word "BOSTON". This is a shift from the home sweaters that prominently feature the word "BRUINS". The bear silhouette is a tribute to the logo that the Bruins wore during their inaugural season in 1924.
The iconic Spoked B logo has undergone various changes since its introduction in 1948. The current redesign integrates elements traditionally associated with the logo while reintroducing the original non-outlined spokes alongside a serif 'B'. The home jerseys will sport a yellow 'B' against a backdrop of black spokes, while the road uniforms will display a striking black 'B' against yellow spokes.
Fans can look forward to seeing these new black road jerseys debut when the Bruins kick off their 2025-26 regular season with an away game against Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals on Wednesday, October 8. The team will also showcase their new home uniforms during the home opener on Thursday, October 9, against Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks.
